1. Downham Home & Garden

On the large site is a garden centre, which is currently open and sells a range of wares such as pots and paving, outdoor plants, fencing, homeware, garden tools and clothes.
Now up for a guide price of £3m, the business was established in 2002 and was turned into the thriving hub it is today by a family team.
There is also a restaurant on site, which offers everything from afternoon teas to desserts and Sunday lunches.

The hotel has been run by its current owners for the last 10 years, who installed two luxury garden spa rooms.
It has won several awards over the years, including two AA Rosettes and a four-star AA rating, and made it into the most romantic hotels list in TripAdvisor's Travellers' Choice Awards in 2022.
Guests are still able book rooms at the hotel, which is up for £1.6m and has an established link to the author Agatha Christie, who often visited and stayed when the property was a private house.

This is an independent gallery that presents a diverse portfolio of contemporary and fine art from more than 40 artists.
It was launched in 2023 and hosts an ever-changing selection of exhibitions featuring painting, sculpture, ceramics, and mixed-media works.
The gallery, which is up for a guide price of £260,000, is still open to the public and offers workshops and art classes.

The previous owners, Kit and Rhiannon Agnew, announced last October that they would have to make the difficult decision to close The Litcham Deli after three years of trading.
They transformed the space from a traditional butchers into, according to letting agents Elizabeth James, "a cherished local destination".
The empty location is up for sale at a guide price of £150,000 and provides the opportunity for someone to revive it as a café or eatery.

This clothing alteration and dry cleaning agent went up for sale earlier this month for £45,000 as its owners plan to retire.
It will remain up and running until the sale and is just a short distance from Norwich Market and a plethora of other shops such as Greggs, Specsavers and Ladbrokes.
The agent marketing the property, EMF, said: "Renowned for the exceptional quality of its work, the business enjoys a loyal client base comprising both retail customers and corporate partners."
