Labour candidate accused of breaching pre-election rules after Farage swipe
Terry Land, a Breckland councillor who is standing in next month's county council elections, is understood to be under investigation by the council's monitoring officer for comments made during a meeting.
At a full council meeting on Thursday, Mr Land asked a question about whether the authority was committed to allowing its employees to work from home, but also made remarks about the Reform leader and his relationship with Donald Trump.

He said: "Could you please give me an assurance that if we as a council want to recruit the brightest and the best, and particularly as Farage's pal in the White House has set fire to energy prices........
