Village pub to reopen with new 'beautiful oasis' in garden
The Maltsters in Ranworth will reopen on April 21 after closing in March to undergo major refurbishment work costing £350,000.
Now it has been announced that the pub will reopen with a "beautiful, relaxing oasis" and a mini herb garden" around its pagoda.
The herbs will be used to provide "fresh, homegrown flavours" for the pub's menu.

When the doors reopen next week, customers can expect an overhaul of the kitchen and a revamped front patio, which will be decked out with new furniture for the summer months.
Malt and Vinegar, a new fish and chip shop, is also opening on the site to replace the previous pizza shack.
The pub is run by Mark Wilson and his partner Amy, who say they have had a successful two years so far, but will have plenty more to offer following the refurb.

A spokesman for the pub said: "We were delighted to welcome ‘Gardening with Ish’, who completely transformed the area around our pagoda.
"It’s now a beautiful, relaxing oasis – complete with a mini herb garden that will be providing fresh, homegrown flavours straight to your plate.
"Meanwhile, our front-of-house team took part in expert wine training with a professional sommelier, sharpening their skills to help you find the perfect pairing when you visit.
"And in the kitchen, our chefs have been getting hands-on with all the fantastic new equipment we’ve installed – getting everything just right ahead of reopening.
"There’s even more happening today as we gear up for the big day… we can’t wait to welcome you back and show you everything we’ve been working on!"
