Tony Marsh, the CO of the 901 Troop Marine Cadets Caister/Winterton/Stalham, saw the fire erupt at about 9.40am on Sunday, August 2 at Poppy Way before quickly leaping into action.

He pulled over to block the busy road before assisting two of the family members........
