Anglian Water is urging customers in King’s Lynn, Fenland and west Norfolk to conserve water as supplies come under increasing threat due to "exceptionally low" river flows and prolonged dry weather.

It follows the same warning to people living in Norwich after a summer of heatwaves and drought conditions, with the Rivers Nar and Wissey, which are critical sources for the region, at an exceptionally low level.
