Fold Bakery, a French pastry business based in Norfolk, launched by a mystery duo last month, has been selling out baked goods in under 15 minutes, with queues of customers.

The bakers hosted their third pop-up event at Folkes Coffee in Holt on October 17, where they sold out in under 60 minutes despite doubling their usual amount of treats.
