The Lions’ Den in Bishopgate has launched a discounted sauna and ice bath experience for adults alongside its new supervised paddleboarding sessions for children.

The children's 90-minute classes, held on the River Wensum, are designed for paddleboarders aged eight to 15 and run from 3.30pm to 5pm every Monday and Friday.
