Granddaughter so furious at state of crematorium she started tidying it up herself

Lisa Puncher attended the St Faiths Crematorium with her 81-year-old mother on Father's Day to visit Ms Puncher's brother and grandfather's memorials.

But rather than reminiscing on the fond memories they have of their loved ones, the pair left feeling angry over the unkempt state of the crematorium.

Ms Puncher described how thistles had been left to grow "chest height" while her and her mum struggled to find her grandfather's plaque because it was covered by weeds.

The 48-year-old says she then cleared........
