Crocus Homes is planning to build the estate on land south of Bosgate Rise in Martham.

The company has not yet submitted a planning application but has begun a public consultation, sending letters about the proposed development to villagers.

The new estate would sit on land already allocated for roughly 135 dwellings in Great Yarmouth Borough Council’s emerging Local Plan.
