The Golden Court development, off Beech Close in Swaffham, has been specially designed to provide homes for adults who have care and support needs.

Norfolk County Council provided the money for the 16-home scheme, which will be managed by national supported housing provider Golden Living Housing, with specialist support provided by Avenues Group.

Construction of the scheme, which consists of 12 apartments and four bungalows, started last summer.

The development forms part of the county council's drive to provide more supported living homes for people with learning........
