Care home bosses say sorry after inspection reveals residents 'at risk of harm'
Inspectors revealed Wyndham House, which looks after older people and people with dementia, was in breach of four legal regulations around care, leadership and staffing.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection highlighted trip hazards "all over the home", including trailing cables, old carpets and wet floor signs - despite almost 50 recorded falls among residents in the space of two months.
Inspectors said the home, in North Wootton, near King's Lynn, had a lack of permanent staff and an "over-reliance" on agency staff who had not had proper compliance checks.
They said people were not safe........
