Developers Norwich Apex Ltd already has planning permission to build a 27-acre business park on fields off Ipswich Road, near Keswick, having obtained outline approval from South Norfolk Council in 2018.

In 2022 the council's planning committee approved specifics, such as appearance, layout and scale and work is now well under way at the site, close to the Tesco Harford Bridge store.
