Livestock gains drive 20pc rise in farm incomes - but crop revenues are falling
Defra’s latest Total Income From Farming (TIFF) figures paint a mixed picture for UK agriculture in 2025, with livestock output up by 10.2pc year-on-year, while crop outputs fell by 3.1pc.
