West Norfolk Council's planning committee has been recommended to refuse retrospective approval for the development on Edward Benefer Way in King's Lynn because of traffic concerns.

An officer's report says: "The proposal would lead to an intensification in the use of an access onto Edward Benefer Way, which is a busy traffic route and would cause undue interference with the safe and free flow of traffic on this important traffic........
