The Broads Authority (BA) is planning to upgrade electric charging points at its 24-hour mooring sites later this year.

Boaters currently use a pre-paid card system to access the pillars, but will now instead be able to hook up to the posts through an app.

However, some people have questioned whether the £72,280 project, funded by Defra, will be value for money.
