People living in Felthorpe fear they will have to put up with noise from loud parties at the former Boundary House care home, which closed in October 2023.

Peter Berry, Conservative councillor for Thorpe St Andrew Town North West, said he could see the site becoming popular for gatherings and that it was "an unusual location".

He added: "I can see that this can almost be 'party central' in the middle of nowhere and I do have some concerns about........
