John Adams joined Jarrolds in 1982 and has helped shape the business over more than four decades.

He has been one of the driving forces behind Jarrolds’ shift to experience-led retail, influencing the evolution of its food hall, restaurants, wine bars and cheese room at its London Street department store.

More recently, he has helped develop the Jarrolds Letheringsett farm shop and restaurant as well as a new range of own-brand products.
