One of many 'anti-safety' trends I follow are fed-up citizens who lethally lash out at noisemakers. Enablers in office encourage this through lack of corrective action by local police and code enforcement. It's a sure sign that respect for boundaries has been abandoned. I know this culture war battle-front first-hand as someone in a city often refusing to enforce its own noise ordinance. It caters to rampant........
