Survey finds 46% of Canadians say rising cost of living negatively affecting mental health
Nearly half (46 per cent) of Canadians say the rising cost of living is negatively affecting their mental health, according to a new survey by Mental Health Research Canada.
The survey, which polled more than 4,000 Canadians aged 16 and older, found 37 per cent said difficulty fully paying household bills was negatively affecting their mental health, while 35 per cent cited challenges affording or maintaining stable housing.
