Only one in four global organizations has a formal mental-health strategy and those that do see significantly better outcomes, according to a new report by not-for-profit organization One Mind.

The report analyzed data from nearly 150 organizations representing 2.75 million workers across 25 industries and 23 countries. It found eight per cent of organizations have no workforce mental-health strategy at all, while nearly a third (31 per cent) take a reactive approach and respond to issues as they arise rather than working........
