Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney is trying to present his country as some moral counter to the United States under President Donald Trump. A quick look at his own foreign policy shows that, under his leadership, Canada is morally bankrupt.

Carney took to the stage at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland with a speech about how our precious system of “international law” is being destroyed, and how there must be a new global order where leaders have integrity and morality and don’t rely on the cooperation of the top global powers. It was littered with shots at Trump and the U.S. without naming names, with Carney saying that countries should not “go along to get along,” not “accommodate” or “avoid trouble,” because........
