Democrats gave us plus-size models — overweight women with cute faces who got work because they “look like real women” as obesity became the norm. Now the right is whining about women being too fit for their age, or whatever. Here’s an idea: why doesn’t everyone just grow the hell up and get over themselves?

What set this off was the rash of stories about Demi Moore at the Cannes Film Festival. The New York Post tweeted, “Demi Moore’s toned arms take center stage on Cannes Film Festival 2026 red carpet,” along with a picture of the actress and, well, her arms.

If that sounds stupid to you, that’s only because it is stupid.

Demi Moore is 63 years old and not only looks good for her age, but she looks better than most people do at any age in their lives. She’s fit, not frail. But “frail” has been used to describe her because people are morons, more interested in clickbait and engagement money than anything else.
