If the US takes care of its interests and Israel benefits, is that so bad?

Let’s imagine a dad who decides to get into shape. He stops drinking and smoking, starts to run and lift weights and makes sure that he gets a good night’s sleep. After a few months, he has lost a lot of weight and can run farther and lift more than he ever could in his life. He may have put off serious illness and added a couple of years to his life. Sounds like a win, right?

Is the fellow the only one who benefits from the new dad? Most obviously not. His wife has a stronger and better partner, and the kids have a guy who will hopefully be around longer during their own lives. His improved health is a boon for himself and many others. Now, let’s imagine a dad with a somewhat twisted mind. He feels that his wife nags him all of the time, and in truth, he doesn’t look forward to spending the next 50 years with his kids. So, though he would like to be thinner and healthier, the downsides are too great, and he chooses not to change his eating and lifestyle habits. Most people would consider him an idiot, and rightly so.

Let’s take our daddy analogy to the war in Iran. Kamala Harris opened her mouth and, as expected, only dunce cap stupidity came out. She continued with the canard popular on both the freaky left and the Weirdo Right that Bibi Netanyahu pushed Donald Trump into the Iran War. Joe Kent, just before his last circle around the drain, also sells these tired goods. While everybody knows that Donald Trump is headstrong and that nobody beyond Melania can get him to do something that he does not want to do, the Israel/Jew haters have a dilemma. For years, they (including VP Cackles as late as 2024) have all correctly pointed out that Iran is an enemy of the United States of America. From the original sin of taking our people........
