Jalandhar: Five days after she sustained severe burn injuries following a drone attack by Pakistan, 50-year-old Sukhwinder Kaur, of a Punjab village, succumbed to injuries in the early hours of May 13.

Sukhwinder, her husband Lakhwinder Singh, and son Jaswant Singh had sustained severe burn injuries on the night of May 9, after a drone fell on their house.

The family live in the Khai Pheme Ki village of Ferozepur district.

Sukhwinder and Lakhwinder were referred to Dayanand Medical College and Hospital at Ludhiana from Ferozepur after doctors considered the scale of the burns.........
