Today Trump said that there are good talks with Iran. So on the one hand it sounds like he wants to make a deal. On the other hand, he is moving a lot of military equipment into the region. What will he do?

Here’s a theory: At first Trump wanted a deal with Iran. But now he sees that they’re not ready to do a deal. Plus, the regime killed many protesters; and Trump already said that he was going to come to the rescue. So it stands to reason, especially as he moves all the weapons into the area, that he wants to finish off the regime.

As for what Trump said, that there are good talks, it could be that he just wants to win some time, so that the second aircraft carrier and other equipment can reach the battle zone. Once that happens, it seems very likely that Trump will go ahead with military action.

The signals from his advisors seem to indicate this. One advisor called the talks a nothing burger. The pentagon told Trump that they are ready to attack on Saturday. Israel reportedly thinks that an attack is........
