How does your Spirit (Ruach) affect your health?

The spirit of man is enlivened from the Heart (Ruach Ish Mechalkal Mahalev). Proverbs 18: 14

This means your spirit supports your health.

But when your spirit is depressed it will reinforce your illness.

We all encounter reasons to worry in our lives.
