THE end of each season brings with it uncertainty and the excitement of new opportunities for both ins and outs at clubs.

Part of that is initially due to the retained lists published by teams in the immediate few weeks once the campaign concludes.

Oxford United’s retained list contained no surprises in truth, but that isn’t to discredit those leaving the club.
