Iran deal at risk: US warns of naval blockade if Tehran fails to meet commitments
US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth reportedly says that the US is all set to “reimpose an ironclad blockade” if Iran fails to follow the rules of an agreement duly signed by both sides.
According to the 14-point agreement, prolonged deliberations will reach a final agreement over the next 60 days, as the Strait of Hormuz reopens.
At present, the deal has drawn criticism and praise from countless commentators including hardliners on both sides.
