Threatening libraries is a move to oppress

There is no good reason – zero reasons – that public libraries should be under threat by federal, state or local government, anywhere in the United States.

Libraries have been centers of public life, culture, education, research, commerce and community events for decades. No logical or thoughtful citizen would perceive any harm within a library.

They are a bedrock of America.

However, in these addled times, the many benefits of libraries are perceived as a threat and an impediment to an authoritarian government, and precisely the reasons for very adverse policy decisions to limit their operations or to close them.

Closing them is unacceptable.

Eternal shame upon the ignorant and oppressive among us who insist that libraries close.

They do children, adults and communities as a whole great damage.

This is fear-mongering ignorance, censorship, and oppression, and worse.

We the people must never accept the partisan negativity that would shutter libraries.

An appeal for some common decency

This is not a political comment, but a prayer for common decency.

There are thousands, if not millions of people suffering in poverty that will only be exasperated due to cuts in federal spending.

People making these decisions are making millions of dollars. Perhaps they should spend some of their money/time at a food pantry to see the results of their devastating cuts.

Some day, we will all stand before God to give an accounting of ourselves. God doesn’t care about our political affiliation, but how we have shown love to our neighbor.

Wrath and envy are tearing social fabric

Marxism leaves a bloody footprint, saddling its populations with poverty, despair and death.

Yet, America has been derelict in accurately teaching this horrific aspect of our history.

Marxism has enslaved, murdered over 100 million people. The regimes of Pol Pot, Stalin and Mao denoted by mass genocide are pooh-poohed in U.S. public education.

Wrath and envy are cornerstones of Satan to further Marxism. The appeal of envy has been quite effective in dividing our country. Wrath takes dissent to the next level.

As a Christian, I recognize the dangers of wrath and envy. If you’ve never cracked open a Bible, you won’t see the connection these deadly sins have with the allure of Marxism. If you envy someone’s life, you’ll covet what they have. If you embrace wrath, it can lead to acts of violence.

The term “Christian nationalism” is used as a pejorative in the public vernacular. Progressives recoil from judgments condemning bad behavior. If you believe as I do, that wrath and envy are sins forbidden by God, you’ll be mindful not to indulge them. That’s a righteous guideline to live life. This teaching of scripture applies to everyone, equally.

The world would be such a better place if we negated Satan’s weapons of wrath and envy by treating them as biblical sins.

Believing they’re simply human emotions leads to disastrous results. I cite the George Floyd riots, and firebombing Telsas are examples of envy and wrath exacerbating the tearing down of our social fabric.

Public must march and protest against evil

Oh, my anguish, my anguish! I writhe in pain. Oh, the agony of my heart! I cannot keep silent. I have heard the battle cry. Jeremiah 4:19

Many feel we’re at war with the Republicans. What caused this dysfunctionality? Musk said, “Empathy is a show of weakness.” Trump and Musk cannot begin to understand empathy, since their biographies reveal that both were abused as children. We pay the price.

Trump appointed Paula White (also abused as a child) as White House Spiritual Director, bringing their sordid pasts to lead our country.

White offers supernatural blessings for a donation. You cannot buy a blessing, particularly one offered by a prosperity theologian. God doesn’t work that way.

Trump repeats that he was saved by God so that he can save us. Only God can save us. Trump and White may suffer from blasphemy.

We have emotionally damaged leaders. Their decisions are made from a base of unresolved abuse. Trump makes less and less sense. Musk is leaving a disastrous trail in his wake. They are destroying lives. Vance nods in agreement. What a disastrous mess.

Watching the country’s leadership evolve, in Congress and executive branch, is alarming. Scripture says, “These men are springs without water and mists driven by a storm. Black darkness is reserved for them. …They promise freedom, while they themselves are slaves to depravity for a man is a slave to whatever has mastered him.” 2 Peter 2:17

Trump and Musk are destroyers. We must march and protest this evil force.

Test transplant organs for fatal diseases

Only 50% of people on the organ donor list receive an organ within five years of being on it. Roughly 12% of patients die waiting.

Now imagine that you finally get the opportunity to receive an organ, and you become one of the 10 individuals who die from rabies each year because your donor was never properly tested.

Unfortunately, this is true for a patient in Michigan, who has passed away after receiving a kidney transplant from an infected donor.

Professionals weren’t aware that the donor had been infected with rabies due to the fact that there was no testing completed prior to the harvesting of the organ. There was also an instance in which four people from Maryland died from organs that were also infected by rabies in 2013.

After that incident, there should have been action taken at that time Instead, it was left to happen again.

Lives should not be taken away from patients simply........
