In Rhinebeck, the CENTER for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck announced a new scholarship for high school students who are entering college with a focus on theater. The new Lou Trapani Legacy Scholarship will be offered this year as a one-time award of $1,000 or two one-time awards of $500 each.
