'Jigwanseoga'
Sometimes, somebody does what I wish to do and what I can’t do by myself. It is always encouraging to see that somebody with goodwill does something for the public good.
One day, as I passed by the Traditional Cultural Contents Museum located in Ungbu Park in Andong, North Gyeongsang Province, a newly built house drew my attention. Under the traditionally tiled roof, a sign engraved with the words “Ji-gwan-seo-ga” in the Chinese language was displayed. “Ji-gwan” means to “pause and see or look wide” and “seo-ga” means "stacks or bookshelves." The term implies stopping for a moment, standing up straight, looking broadly inside and out, and reading a book.
Out of curiosity, I entered the long and big house and saw a book cafe on the right side near the entrance. The whole two-story space was equipped with long wooden bookshelves, filled with various books. Chairs and........
