The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of Crime Branch J&K has arrested notorious fraudster Ghulam Mohi-Ud-Din Dar, son of Abdul Khaliq Dar, a resident of Jawalapora, Samson Budgam, for his involvement in a major multi-lakh financial cheating case.
