Lidl recalls cookies distributed to all stores over undeclared allergens

(NewsNation) — Discount supermarket chain Lidl has recalled cookies distributed to all its U.S. locations because of multiple undeclared allergens.

The Eridanous Shortbread Cookies with Chocolate Truffle Coating & Apricot Filling were recalled because the packaging was in another language and failed to indicate in English that they contain wheat, soy, milk and eggs, the Food and Drug Administration said.

Anyone with an allergy or sensitivity to those ingredients faces “the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume........
