Live results: Mejia, Hathaway duke it out to replace Sherrill in New Jersey House special election

Democrat Analilia Mejia is facing off against Republican Joe Hathaway in a Thursday special election to fill the House seat left open by New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill.

Mejia’s surprise primary victory earlier this year marked another win for progressives. She is widely expected to defeat Hathaway on Thursday.
