On Tuesday, Republican political commentator Scott Jennings said it would be “proper” for the GOP to find a replacement candidate for Rep. Max Miller (R-Ohio) as his deadline to drop out approaches.

Speaking on “CNN NewsNight,” Jennings was asked about the ongoing situation involving Miller, who opened a House Ethics Committee investigation into himself following major scrutiny from Republicans over abuse and sexual misconduct allegations from past partners.

“It would be proper for the party to get a candidate here who can pay their full attention to representing the people........
