A shooting at the Dallas ICE facility:

A shooter opened fire at the Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office this morning, killing one victim and wounding two others.

The suspect is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem said this morning.

What we know:

• The head of the Dallas FBI field office told reporters that rounds were found near the shooter with “anti-ICE” messages. 📸 New photo of the ‘Anti-ICE’ rounds

• No law enforcement staff were injured, according to officials.

• WFAA reports that ICE detainees were targeted in the shooting.

Noem said officials are still looking for the motive: “While we don’t know motive yet, we know that our ICE law enforcement is facing unprecedented violence against them,” Noem wrote. “It must stop.”

And Vice President Vance posted that the “obsessive attack on law enforcement, particularly ICE, must stop.”
