(NEXSTAR) – Fall is officially here, with winter just on the horizon. Regardless of the weather near you, you may have already noticed one of the trademarks of fall: the days are getting shorter.
It’s a trend that has been ongoing since summer, but it becomes arguably more noticeable in fall. Many regions have already experienced their last sunset after 7 p.m. until spring, with more to follow soon.
Through October, many of us will lose at least an hour of daylight in our days.
