DOJ Announces Election Fraud Charges Against Another 4 Noncitizens, This Time in a Battleground State
The Justice Department announced on Monday that it charged four noncitizens, including two illegal aliens, with illegal voting in the battleground state of Pennsylvania.
“Our sovereignty as a nation belongs to the American people and no one else,” David Metcalf, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, said in a statement. “Anyone, including illegal aliens, who votes illegally in our elections will be prosecuted for corrupting our democracy.”
The Justice Department has brought more than two dozen election fraud cases in September alone, mostly against noncitizens for voting or registering to vote, both of which are crimes.
