Virginia Supreme Court Turns Democrat’s Victory Lap Into Walk Of Shame

The Virginia Supreme Court’s ruling Friday has turned a Democrat’s victory lap into an embarrassing walk of shame.

In a blow to Democrats and Gov. Abigail Spanberger ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, the court ruled that the April referendum to redistrict the state congressional map and give Democrats 4 out of 5 congressional seats was unconstitutional. The Washington Post reported that the pro-redistricting campaign outspent the opposition by a whopping 10 to 1 on television ads. The main group, Virginians for Fair Elections, raised over $64 million. Of that total, $40 million reportedly came from an outside spending group tied to House Minority Leader Hakeem........
