February was Heart Month, and the British Heart Foundation used the month to urge as many people as possible to learn life-saving CPR.

The BHF website has a 15 minute guide to help teach how you could protect a loved one – after all, they point out that most cardiac arrets happen at home.

I was therefore pleased to call into the British Heart Foundation store in Cwmbran last week.
