Cumbria TV presenter Helen Skelton has finally "found her happiness."

The ever-popular presenter of This Morning, Countryfile and On The Farm is no stranger to soaking up the great outdoors.

A mum-of-three, she says getting out is always her priority, no matter how long her to-do list is.
