Strictly Come Dancing star Thomas Skinner will not appear at the show's final amid reports he's 'suing' the BBC.

The Apprentice star was the first celebrity to be eliminated from the 2025 series and has since shared that he regretted taking part.

For the Strictly final, every celebrity from the current series returns to perform a special group number before the winner is announced.

Skinner is said to be missing the final due to prior commitments; his dancer partner on Strictly, Amy Dowden, will be there.
