Coronation Street's Luca Toolan has revealed he is starring in a new film just months after exiting the ITV soap opera.

Luca, who played the role of Mason Radcliffe before being killed off, said he was "honoured" to be part of the show.

Despite this exit, his spirits have not been dampened, with him continuing to "love life".
