One of SF's most awarded bars celebrates 15 years with new collector's item

A world-renowned San Francisco bar is celebrating its 15th anniversary with its most enterprising project yet: Tiki mugs, for individual or bulk purchase, that are replicas of the bar’s cargo crate tables. The drinking establishment has not only the largest rum collection in the country but also some of the best nautical-themed decor to be found in any Tiki bar.
At 650 Gough St. in the Western Addition, Smuggler’s Cove has won countless awards since it opened in 2009, including being named a top-50 bar in the world six times over between 2011 and 2016, as well as being anointed the second-best bar in America and one of the country’s most influential cocktail bars in 2013. Now, it’s taking Tiki mugs to the next level with these miniature crates, which are stamped with names for goods, like molasses, sugar and rum, just like the ones that serve as tables at the bar.
