Nurses show they can 'be disruptive too' during ICE protest in downtown SF

Any commuters ditching work early Wednesday to get home before rush hour picked the wrong day. For a few hours, downtown San Francisco’s streets belonged to California nurses.
Approximately 1,000 nurses marched down Market Street and gathered in front of the United States Appraisers Building at 630 Sansome St., which is also home to Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s San Francisco field office. The protest, organized by the California Nurses Association and National Nurses United, targeted ICE’s use of Palantir technology to detain and deport immigrants.
