USDA is recalling thousands of pounds of frozen meatloaf over an undeclared soy allergen

Power Plate Meals LLC is pulling the product after a state inspector found soy was missing from the ingredients list

Power Plate Meals LLC is recalling approximately 5,795 pounds of frozen meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes after the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service found the products contain soy that is not declared on the label.

FSIS made the recall public on June 18. Packages subject to the action are 13.3-ounce vacuum-sealed plastic........
