Oil prices keep falling as Vance says ships are moving through the Strait of Hormuz

Brent crude fell toward $78 a barrel after the vice president said tankers carrying more than 12 million barrels crossed the strait overnight

Oil prices extended their decline on Thursday after Vice President JD Vance told reporters that tankers carrying more than 12 million barrels had crossed the Strait of Hormuz overnight.

By early afternoon, WTI futures were down about 2% at $75.27 a barrel, with Brent crude not far........
