Krispy Kreme is rolling out a patriotic doughnut collection to celebrate America's 250th birthday

The chain is also offering a $2.50 Original Glazed dozen and a free doughnut for customers who wear red, white, and blue on July 4

Krispy Kreme is launching a Fourth of July doughnut collection featuring two new and two returning varieties to mark the 250th anniversary of American independence, the company said.

The two new offerings are the USA Doughnut and the Firework Doughnut. Red icing coats the outside of the USA Doughnut, an unglazed shell variety........
