We can define mindfulness as a present-focused, non-judgmental awareness. Functionally, mindfulness is all about being fully in the moment. You are not worrying about what will come next or ruminating about yesterday's problems; you're simply observing and taking in information. Mindfulness may be easy to describe but it can be more difficult to practice than it may seem.

What can mindfulness do for me on my wedding day?

Many things. Mindfulness helps you pay full attention to the present. That attention helps create strong and lasting memories. Your wedding day is absolutely one of those milestone moments you will want to be able to enjoy again and again. Being fully present will help you relive the day without relying on video or photos.
