No, wanderlove is a term that appeared in the list of predicted dating trends for 2023 from the dating app Bumble and has continued to trend on social media and the Internet through 2026 to describe some kind of romantic connection with another person that occurs during travel.

It could be just a one-night stand with that person. Or a two-night stand. Or maybe a however-long-the-trip-lasts stand. This could be a time-and-location-limited thing that ends completely when you return home—sort of what Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson expected when warbling the song "Summer Nights" with friends, because singing with a chorus of friends is what you always do after wanderlove.........
